Enneagram Typing
Want to know your enneagram number and why it matters but don’t know where to start? While one of the many enneagram tests online may help to narrow your possibilities, most enneagram teachers agree that a comprehensive study of the system, which can be a time consuming process, or working with a qualified coach are the best ways to discover your enneagram number. Working with me saves you time - I guide you through the process so that you can get to the work of applying it to your life. During our enneagram typing sessions, we will seek to identify your type and the ways your type shows up in your life, target your areas of strength and paths for growth, and create a plan for development so that you can begin to apply the enneagram to an area of your life.
Life Coaching
The goal of individual coaching is to identify the areas of your life where you want to see growth happen and to go after it, armed with the tools of the Enneagram. This short or long term coaching is a partnership between me and you to help you become your most whole and effective self. We will explore the areas where you feel stuck, identify the barriers keeping you from the growth you want to experience, and together make a plan - complete with accountability and cheerleading - to get you where you want to be. Whether you are looking for improvement in your career, relationships, or life in general, I am here to be your partner in growth.
Couple Coaching
If you are getting married, newly married, or deep in the throes of married life, the enneagram is an incredible resource to help you understand yourself and your spouse with more clarity and compassion and to help you love your spouse with more patience and precision. Enneagram work, together with your spouse, is a transformative process that will help you break damaging cycles, enhance your communication and help you to relate to your spouse in ways that foster long-term trust. The couples coaching sessions are designed to help you understand your type, the dynamics between the types represented in your marriage and to identify your unique strengths, challenges, and path toward wholeness as a couple.
Group Coaching
Want to go deeper with the Enneagram but don’t want to go it alone? The Enneagram is more fun with friends! In groups of 2-5, learn the language of the ennegram, how to develop in your type and how to support others in their development. This is a great option for families who want to learn the Ennegram together.
Seminars
A seminar is a way to introduce a larger group to the basic concepts of the Enneagram. After a seminar, your group will have an understanding of the basic Ennegram types, a common language for intepreting behaviors and conflicts that might arise among you, and tools and strategies for better collaborative relationships.
